Stevan Paul (born 1969) is a trained chef. He has worked as a breakfast cook in a music club, as a DJ on Hamburg’s St. Pauli, and in Michelin-starred restaurants. He later worked as a freelance journalist, food stylist and recipe developer, writing culinary articles, columns and travel reports. His publications include cookbooks such as “Deutschland vegetarisch” and “Meine japanische Küche,” the novel “Der große Glander,” and collections of culinary stories. His food blog, nutriculinary.com, was nominated for the Grimme Online Award in the Culture and Entertainment category in 2010.
