Joerg Lehmann

Joerg Lehmann was born in Münster, Germany, and began his career as a fashion photographer, working mainly in America. From the early 1990s onward, he increasingly focused on reportage and food photography, particularly lifestyle and culinary subjects. He spent around 20 years in Paris. Over the course of his career, he contributed to more than 85 cookbooks, including projects with chefs such as Alain Ducasse, Paul Bocuse, Eckart Witzigmann and Tim Raue. He received a James Beard Award for the book “Living Bread”.
