Prof. Dr. Katharina A. Zweig is a computer scientist who served as head of the Algorithm Accountability Lab in the Department of Computer Science at TU Kaiserslautern. She played a leading role in developing the university’s socioinformatics degree program. In 2018, she was appointed as an expert to the German Bundestag’s Enquete Commission on Artificial Intelligence. Her honors include the 2017 Ars Legendi Teaching Award in Computer Science and Engineering, as well as the DFG Communicator Award for her communication of computer science research.
