Tim Raue

Tim Raue was born in Berlin-Kreuzberg and became a head chef at a Berlin restaurant at the age of 23. In 2007, Gault Millau named him “Chef of the Year.” In 2012, the Michelin Guide awarded him two stars for the restaurant Tim Raue, which he had opened in 2010. From 2017 onward, Raue published numerous cookbooks with Callwey Verlag, including his autobiography, “Ich weiß, was Hunger ist.”
