Jennifer Lesieur (born 1978) is a French writer and journalist. She studied modern literature at the Sorbonne and initially worked as a music critic before turning to biographical writing. Her childhood was shaped by her father’s work as a pilot and the resulting frequent travel; she spent her teenage years in Tahiti. In 2008, she published her first biography, on Jack London, which earned her the Prix Goncourt de la Biographie. Her subsequent biographies included works on Amelia Earhart and Bruce Chatwin.
