Irmela Brender

Irmela Brender worked as a journalist for the press and radio and as an editor at a children’s and young adult publisher. From 1970 onward, she worked as a freelance writer and published numerous books, including novels, stories, and poems for children and young adults. She also wrote radio features and translated works of fiction from English.
