Herman J. Selderhuis (born 1961) studied Protestant theology in Apeldoorn. From 1997 onward, he served as professor of church history and church law at the Theological University Apeldoorn. His other academic roles included directing Refo500 and serving as scientific curator of the Johannes a Lasco Library.
