Herbert Vorgrimler

Herbert Vorgrimler (1929–2014) was a German Catholic theologian who held a doctorate in theology. A student of Karl Rahner, he succeeded Rahner in the chair of dogmatics and the history of dogma at the University of Münster, where he later became professor emeritus. Vorgrimler published numerous theological works, including books on faith for a general readership, and co-edited the series “Karl Rahner: Sämtliche Werke” (Collected Works).
