Finn Ole Heinrich

Finn-Ole Heinrich (born in 1982 near Hamburg) is a German author who studied film and visual arts in Hanover. He has published short-story collections, novels and children’s books, including the novel “Räuberhände,” “Frerk, du Zwerg!” and the trilogy “Die erstaunlichen Abenteuer der Maulina Schmitt.” He received the German Youth Literature Prize in 2012 for “Frerk, du Zwerg!”; other honors include the Franco-German Youth Literature Prize in 2014 and the LUCHS award in 2015. In 2021, he co-founded the huckepack publishing house with his wife, Dita Zipfel.
