Eva Orthmann

Eva Orthmann taught Persian for many years and was a professor of Islamic studies at the University of Bonn, where she headed the Persian-language program. In 2018, she took up a professorship in Iranian Studies at the University of Göttingen. Her scholarly interests include Indo-Iranian history and culture.
