Doris Arend

Doris Arend was born in Bremen in 1962. She trained as an office administrator and initially worked for several years at a freight forwarding company in Bremen. After spending time as an au pair in England and French-speaking Switzerland, she began working as a flight attendant for Lufthansa in 1988. Her work-related travels led to an interest in photography. Her first children’s book was published in 2000.
