Betina Gotzen-Beek

Betina Gotzen-Beek was born in Mönchengladbach in 1965. She studied painting and graphic design in Freiburg and began illustrating children’s books in 1996. During her studies, she worked in a variety of jobs, including florist, cook, telephone operator, poster worker and portrait painter, before pursuing a career as a freelance illustrator.
