Dileta Sequeira

Dileta Sequeira, M.A., has worked as a psychologist, therapist, author, trainer, and lecturer at universities, institutions, and educational centers. Her professional focus includes critical perspectives on racism and trauma-sensitive approaches. She founded the nationwide network Rassismuskritische Psychotherapie und Beratung (Racist-Critical Psychotherapy and Counseling). Her publications include “Gefangen in der Gesellschaft. Alltagsrassismus in Deutschland” (2015) and “Erkennen lernen: Rassismus, Diskriminierung, Traumata und die eigenen Vorurteile in der pädagogischen Arbeit mit Geflüchteten” (2019).
