Dietrich Rusam

Dietrich Rusam (born 1964) studied Protestant theology in Erlangen, Heidelberg and Neuendettelsau. He completed a doctorate and habilitation in New Testament studies. His professional career has included work as a pastor in and around Bayreuth, as a lecturer in biblical theology at the University of Bamberg, and as a teacher of Protestant religious education at Richard-Wagner-Gymnasium in Bayreuth. For more than 20 years, he also regularly presented the “Gedanken zum Tag” (“Thoughts for the Day”) on Bayreuth local radio station Mainwelle.
