Christa Zeuch

Christa Zeuch was born in Berlin and initially worked in music education with children. She has been a freelance writer since 1984. She has published more than 40 books for children and young people aged three to fourteen, including poetry collections, songs, short stories, and novels. Her first children’s poetry collection, “Unten steht der Semmelbeiß,” was included on the shortlist for the German Youth Literature Prize and on the Honor List for the Hans Christian Andersen Award. Her poems and songs have also appeared in numerous school and music books.
