Bettina Schmid

Bettina Schmid studied nutritional sciences in Vienna. She subsequently gained experience in the dairy industry and in wellness hotels in Styria and Carinthia. In Bolzano, she worked for many years in innovation consulting for food producers, as well as in management and marketing in the grain sector. A focus of her work was developing regional value chains and strengthening cooperation between agriculture, food processing, and consumers.
