Barbara Scholz

Barbara Scholz worked as an editor and translator for, among others, the women’s magazine VITAL, Kindler & Schiermeyer Verlag, the illustrated magazine QUICK, and the fiction department of BUNTE. Her translations and adaptations include “Der Weg zum Erfolg,” based on Béroalde de Verville, “Wahrer Bericht über die Entdeckung von Florida durch Fernando de Souto,” based on Fidalgo de Elvas, “Geschichte der Eroberung von Florida durch Hernando de Soto,” based on Garcilasso de la Vega el Inca, and “Tess von den d’Urbervilles,” based on Thomas Hardy.
