Andrea Gerecke

Andrea Gerecke was born in Berlin and studied journalism as well as press and public relations. She worked as a freelance author and national journalist. Her literary work consists primarily of crime novels and murder-themed short stories, alongside humorous and satirical writing, prose, and poetry. From 2011 onward, she published the Weserbergland crime series featuring investigator Alexander Rosenbaum, including “Mörderischer Feldzug,” “Der Tote im Mittellandkanal,” and “Die Weserleiche.” Her other publications include the episodic novel “X-Mas: Hochdramatisch” and “Starke Frauen aus Westfalen.”
