Yaniv Iczkovits, born in 1975 in Beersheba, Israel, studied in Oxford and Tel Aviv. He subsequently taught at the Institute of Philosophy at Tel Aviv University and conducted research at Columbia University. His novel “Fanny’s Revenge” received the Wingate Literary Prize, the Ramat Gan Prize and the Agnon Prize; it was also shortlisted for the Sapir Prize.
