Vincenzo Latronico

Vincenzo Latronico, born in Rome in 1984, studied philosophy at the University of Milan under Paolo Valore. He is a writer and translator who has translated works by P. G. Wodehouse, Hanif Kureishi, Oscar Wilde, George Orwell and Isaac Asimov into Italian. His first novel, “Ginnastica e Rivoluzione,” was published in 2008, followed by “La cospirazione delle colombe” (2009), works for the theatre and “La mentalità dell’alveare.” His novel “The Perfections” was nominated for the Premio Strega, translated into more than fifty languages and shortlisted for the International Booker Prize.
