Valentin Jentsch, Prof. Dr., LL.M. (Stanford), attorney, was a professor at the University of St. Gallen and affiliated with the Department of Corporate and Tax Law at the Max Planck Institute for Tax Law and Public Finance in Munich. His research focused on corporate and capital markets law as well as fundamental questions of private law. He published books and academic articles, lectured in Germany and abroad, and also worked as an independent attorney and expert, primarily in corporate law.
