Uwe Schimunek

Born in 1969, Uwe Schimunek is a German journalist and author. Jaron Verlag published several of his historical crime novels, including “Rotlicht” (2018), which he co-wrote with Horst Bosetzky for the series “Es geschah in Berlin.” Schimunek also co-authored several volumes in the “Geisterstätten” series, including books on Leipzig, Thuringia, and Saxony, as well as the city guide “Leipzig mit Kindern” (2015, with Ine Dippmann).
