Ute Kalender

Ute Kalender, born in 1976, holds a doctorate in philosophy (PD Dr. phil.) and works in media studies. She worked as a research associate on the “empower-dsd” project at Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin, which focused on healthcare for intersex people and people with congenital adrenal hyperplasia, Klinefelter syndrome, and Turner syndrome. In the winter semester of 2022/23, she served as a substitute professor of media studies at Paderborn University.
