Ulf Stark

Ulf Stark (1944–2017) was a Swedish writer and screenwriter. He studied education and psychology and published his first children’s book in 1975. Several of his stories were adapted for film. His work received, among other honors, the German Youth Literature Prize, Sweden’s August Prize, the Astrid Lindgren Prize, and the Nils Holgersson Plaque.
