Tijana Matijevic

Tijana Matijević holds a PhD and has worked as an independent researcher, writer, and translator. Her academic teaching has included post-Yugoslav literature, culture, and languages at Friedrich Schiller University Jena and Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg. Her research focuses on feminist writing, continuities between Yugoslav and post-Yugoslav literatures, and alternative, left-wing, avant-garde, and feminist histories. She has also written about women authors from the (post-)Yugoslav region.
