Sybille Kramer

Sybille Krämer is a German philosopher. Until her retirement in April 2018, she was Professor of Philosophy at Freie Universität Berlin. During her academic career, she served, among other roles, as a member of the German Council of Science and Humanities, the Scientific Panel of the European Research Council, and the Senate of the German Research Foundation. She was also a permanent fellow at the Wissenschaftskolleg zu Berlin and spokesperson for the DFG Research Training Group “Schriftbildlichkeit.” Her publications include *Medium, Bote, Übertragung.
