Snezana Simicic

Snežana Šimičić is from the Bergisches Land region of Germany and has Croatian roots. She studied Modern German Philology, linguistics, art history and political science at Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf, graduating with a Magister Artium (M.A.). After completing an internship at Nordis Verlag in Essen, she worked as editor-in-chief of a travel magazine and later of a business magazine. She also worked as an editorial manager at ALPENTOURER, a motorcycle travel guide in magazine format, and as a freelance travel journalist and author. Her work for various publishers included travel features and holiday guides.
