Peter Schmitz

Peter Schmitz, born in Leipzig in 1979, is a musicologist. From 2008 onward, he worked at the University of Münster’s musicology department. His research has included music of the nineteenth and early twentieth centuries, music publishing, music and death in the seventeenth century, and music in Fin de Siècle literature.
