Siegfried Hetz

Siegfried Hetz, M.A., was born in Piesendorf in 1954 and studied German literature, philosophy and journalism in Mainz and Munich. He worked as a cultural journalist and published books on literary and cultural history as well as travel and hiking guides. The province of Salzburg holds a particular place in his work. A passionate landscape walker, he described Salzburg and parts of Bavaria in more than 300 suggested routes.
