Sandra Bils

Sandra Bils (born 1977) is a theologian and organizational development specialist. She worked as an adviser for strategic and innovative transformation processes at midi, the Protestant agency for missional church development and diaconal profile formation. She also held an honorary professorship in missional church development at the CVJM University in Kassel. Her areas of focus include organizational development and transformation processes, particularly in the church sector. Bils is a co-editor of the series “Interdisciplinary Studies on Transformation.”
