Roland Sila

Roland Sila was born in Bregenz in 1971 and studied German literature and linguistics in Innsbruck. From 2000, he worked at the library of the Ferdinandeum, becoming its head in 2007. He also worked as an exhibition curator, including for the 2019 exhibition “Vergessen. Fragmente der Erinnerung” at the Ferdinandeum. Sila has published numerous works, primarily on regional history.
