Monika Osberghaus

Monika Osberghaus (born 1962) first worked as a bookseller and later edited the children’s book pages of the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung for many years. In 2009, she became publisher of Klett Kinderbuch in Leipzig. She also translated picture books from English, Norwegian and Swedish, including the first two books about The Gruffalo. For the dtv Hanser series, she wrote the children’s literature guides “Was soll ich denn lesen?” and “Schau mal!”.
