Mirjam Wittig

Mirjam Wittig (born 1996) studied philosophy and literary writing. She was a co-editor of the literary magazine BELLA triste and a member of the artistic team of the PROSANOVA Festival 2020. She has also worked in cultural education and held various teaching positions. Her debut novel, *An der Grasnarbe*, was published by Suhrkamp Verlag in 2022. Excerpts from the novel received a 2019 grant from the Gesellschaft für Westfälische Kulturarbeit NRW and a 2021 fellowship from the Literarisches Zentrum Göttingen. She has also received a fellowship from the German Literature Fund for work on her second novel.
