Michael Borg-Laufs

Michael Borg-Laufs holds a doctorate in philosophy and is a qualified psychologist. His professional positions included serving as dean of studies in the Department of Social Work at Hochschule Niederrhein in Mönchengladbach. He also held a professorship in “Theory and Practice of Psychosocial Work with Children” and worked as head of training in child and adolescent psychotherapy at the DGVT training centre in Krefeld. His areas of expertise included the psychological basic needs of children and adolescents, diagnostics, child behaviour therapy and child welfare.
