Matthias Lehmann

Matthias Lehmann, born in 1983, studied graphic art and painting at the Dresden University of Fine Arts, where he also completed a postgraduate master-student program. As an illustrator and comic artist, he has published the comic »Claude Monet« with Prestel Verlag, as well as zines and contributions to the comic anthology »Jazam«. In 2018, he was a finalist for the Comicbuchpreis of the Berthold Leibinger Stiftung with »Parallel«. In 2019, he received the GINCO Award for Best Short Comic.
