Matthias Jestaedt

Matthias Jestaedt (born 1961) is a German legal scholar. His academic career included positions at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg and the University of Freiburg, where he taught public law and legal theory. He also directed the Hans Kelsen Research Centre.
