Markus Meier

Markus Meier grew up in the Tölz region and the Bavarian foothills, where he developed an early passion for mountains and hiking. He has worked as a mountain hiking guide, trainer and instructor for the German Alpine Club, as well as a systemic coach. Together with his wife Janina, a geographer, he has explored not only hiking but also climbing, alpine and ski tours. A trained bank clerk, he combines his professional background with a longstanding commitment to mountain sports.
