Magdalena Buddeberg

Magdalena Buddeberg completed her doctorate at the Institute of General Didactics and School Pedagogy at TU Dortmund University. During her doctoral studies, she worked at the Institute for School Development Research and held a doctoral scholarship at the Research School “Education and Capabilities,” jointly run by Bielefeld University and TU Dortmund University. She worked as an academic councillor on a fixed-term appointment at TU Dortmund’s Institute of General Didactics and School Pedagogy. Her academic work focuses on school pedagogy and empirical educational research, particularly education for sustainable development, heterogeneity in the education system, and the relationship between time and school.
