Corinne Wyss

Corinne Wyss obtained teaching qualifications for primary and lower secondary education in 1996 and 1997, followed by a diploma to teach English at secondary schools in 2001. She taught at primary and lower secondary level from 1997 to 2005. She then studied education, communication studies and English at the University of Zurich, where she completed her doctorate between 2007 and 2011. Her professional positions included research work at the Institute for Research and Development of the University of Teacher Education at the University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland and at the University of Teacher Education Zurich, where she also worked as a lecturer and professor in teacher education research. Her research addressed teacher education, reflection, competence development, teaching quality and video-based analysis of teaching.
