Lukas Haffert

Lukas Haffert (born 1988) is an economist and political scientist. He taught and conducted research at the University of Zurich and held research fellowships at Georgetown University and Harvard University. His research has been recognized with the German Study Prize of the Körber Foundation and the Otto Hahn Medal of the Max Planck Society. His books include Die schwarze Null. Über die Schattenseiten ausgeglichener Haushalte (2016) and Stadt, Land, Frust. Eine politische Vermessung (2022).
