Lincoln Child

Lincoln Child was born in 1957 in Westport, Connecticut. After studying English literature, he worked first as an editor at St. Martin’s Press and later for a time as a programmer and systems analyst. While researching a book about the American Museum of Natural History in New York, he met Douglas Preston. Together they wrote the thriller Relic and several subsequent novels. After Relic was published, Child became a full-time writer and also published several novels as a solo author.
