Kurt Busiek

Kurt Busiek (born in 1960 in Boston) is an American comic-book writer who began working professionally in 1982 for Marvel, DC, and other publishers. His best-known works include the miniseries Marvels, developed with Alex Ross, and Astro City, created with Alex Ross and Brent Anderson. His other notable credits include Avengers, Thunderbolts, Iron Man, Superman, Conan, and Arrowsmith. Busiek’s work has received numerous awards.
