Katrin Engelking

Katrin Engelking, born in Bückeburg in 1970, studied illustration at the Hamburg University of Applied Sciences, formerly the Fachhochschule für Gestaltung. From 1994 onward, she worked as a freelance illustrator and illustrated numerous picture and children’s books, including books written by Kirsten Boie and Paul Maar. She also created new illustrations for new editions of Astrid Lindgren’s Pippi Longstocking books.
