Joe Hill

Joe Hill, whose real name is Joseph Hillström King, was born in the United States in 1972. He is a writer and comics author, and a son of Stephen King. He first attracted attention with award-winning short stories, collected in 2005 as »20th Century Ghosts«. His novels include »Heart-Shaped Box«, »Horns«, »NOS4A2« and »The Fireman«. With artist Gabriel Rodríguez, he created the comic series »Locke & Key«, which received, among other honors, the Eisner Award and the British Fantasy Award and was adapted as a Netflix series. Hill also received multiple Bram Stoker Awards and the World Fantasy Award. He chose his pseudonym to avoid benefiting from his father’s fame.
