Javier Zamora

Javier Zamora was born in El Salvador in 1990 and grew up with his grandparents. His parents fled to the United States during the Salvadoran Civil War. At the age of nine, Zamora traveled through Guatemala and Mexico to the United States. He worked as a poet and received numerous awards for his poetry. This book was his first work of prose.
