Janet Lewis

Janet Lewis (1899–1998) was a writer and poet. In addition to poetry, she wrote four novels, including a widely acclaimed trilogy about famous historical justice cases. Lewis was a lifelong outspoken opponent of war and advocated for the rights of Indigenous people and Black communities.
