Irmgard Paule

Irmgard Paule, born in 1958, studied communication design and related design studies at a university of applied sciences in Munich. She subsequently worked for ten years as an advertising graphic designer before turning to children’s book illustration. Since the 1990s, she has worked as a freelance illustrator for various publishers. Drawing and painting were among her favorite activities from childhood onward.
