Humberto Ramos (born 1970) is a Mexican comic book artist. He became known in the mid-1990s through the Flash spin-off series “Impulse.” In 1998, he was among the co-founders of Image Comics’ Cliffhanger imprint, where he created the dark fantasy series “Crimson” and “Out There.” From 2001 onward, Ramos worked for Marvel, drawing numerous Spider-Man stories. His other credits include “Wolverine,” “X-Men,” “Runaways,” “Champions,” “Offenbarungen,” and “Fairy Quest.”
