Hannes Thiess

Hannes Thiess studied Old Norse, German studies and political science in Frankfurt am Main, Edinburgh and Kiel. From 1996 onward, he translated fiction, nonfiction, and children’s and young adult literature from Swedish, Danish and Norwegian for German-language publishers. Authors whose works he translated into German include Jussi Adler-Olsen.
