Evie Wyld

Evie Wyld was born in London in 1980 and grew up in Australia. Her literary work has received, among other distinctions, the John Llewellyn Rhys Prize, the Miles Franklin Award and the European Union Prize for Literature. Her novel *The Bass Rock* was awarded the 2021 Stella Prize; it was published in German as *Die Frauen*. Wyld was also included in Granta’s selection of the “Best of Young British Novelists” and named by the BBC as one of the twelve best new female writers.
